一、選擇分辨率和動態(tài)性能

分辨率是試驗機(jī)的一個重要參數(shù)，合適的分辨率將有利于測量的解析度，測量出較小的分度，有效分辨率和動態(tài)性能是一對矛盾，一味的提高有效分辨率是以犧牲動態(tài)性能(帶寬)為代價的，帶寬的降低直接導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果是材料屈服波動不明顯甚至出現(xiàn)屈服就是一個平臺的現(xiàn)象，所以在選型是也要對這對參數(shù)進(jìn)行有效的考慮；

二、選擇精度等級

目前國內(nèi)試驗機(jī)的精度普遍使用1級和0.5級兩種，對于一般的材料試驗選擇1級的試驗機(jī)完全足夠，沒有必要多花錢提高精度，對于科學(xué)研究和材料分析就需要0.5級精度的試驗機(jī)；其實對于0.5級和1級精度的試驗機(jī)在技術(shù)上差別并不明顯，校驗的方法和手段基本是一樣的，這是修正點的不一樣上，隨著傳感器技術(shù)的發(fā)展，傳感器元件的線性度已經(jīng)達(dá)到一個很高的水準(zhǔn)，只要測量電路沒有缺陷，抗干擾性能好的話，所有的試驗機(jī)都會達(dá)到0.5級的精度是沒有問題的；

三、選擇量程

根據(jù)試驗材料的載荷選擇所需要的試驗機(jī)載荷(即量程)，推薦材料試驗載荷在試驗機(jī)量程的70％――90％左右為佳，這樣既保證了試驗的分辨率也可以延長試驗機(jī)的使用壽命；
