液壓壓力試驗機功能與操作

我們一塊介紹分享液壓壓力試驗機的一些功能用途以及操作，首先我們介紹一下其液壓系統，油箱內的油經過過濾油網被吸入油泵后，經油泵的輸油管送到送油閥內，當送油手輪關閉時，由于油壓作用而將活塞推開，油從回油管流回油箱，當送油手輪打開時，則油液經由油管進入工作油缸內，再通過壓力油管經過回油閥體流回油箱。

1、擰開回油閥，使下壓板下降，取出壓碎的試樣。

1, unscrew the oil return valve, so that the lower platen down, take out the test samplecrushed.

2、記錄下來需要的載荷數值，并將描繪筆抬起。

3、試樣壓碎后，關閉送油閥，并停止油泵電動機。

4、按試驗要求加荷速度，緩慢地擰開送油閥進行加荷試驗。

5、開動橫梁電動機，使上壓板下降到離試樣約10mm處，再轉動橫梁上的手輪，使上壓板與試樣表面接觸。

6、將主動針及被動針調整到零，關閉送油閥。

7、開動油泵，擰開送油閥，使下壓板的輪子離開軌道約10mm。

9、根據試樣所需測量范圍，在擺桿上掛上或取下相應的擺鉈，并把緩沖閥手柄上的刻線對準標線。
