液壓萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)應(yīng)如何保養(yǎng)

1.試驗(yàn)過程中，油泵突然停止工作時(shí)，應(yīng)立即打開回油泵卸掉試樣，禁止在高壓線啟動(dòng)油泵或檢查原因。

2.試驗(yàn)過程中，電器忽然失靈，啟動(dòng)或停止按鈕不起作用，應(yīng)立即切斷電源，使機(jī)器停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

3.移動(dòng)橫梁的作用是調(diào)整試驗(yàn)空間，實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中，嚴(yán)禁在加力和卸力時(shí)啟動(dòng)移動(dòng)衡量，否則可能導(dǎo)致升降驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)失效。
